POSTAL HISTORY: 1c Liberty on special Film Mailer; used with 3c cut from an entire which was illegally accepted for postage, (Scott #1031 with, probably, U534), incomplete Loretta WI cancels, on roughly 2.25" x 5.25" cover (damaged at R upon opening), addressed ELECTRIC STUDIOS, Eau Claire Wisconsin, patented film mailer was designed to be destroyed when opened, very scarce usage of this format of mailer, undated but apx 1959-60, mentions airmail on reverse, despite the condition this is an incredibly rare usage of a Liberty Series stamp, AveI combine shipping. Just ask.
