This lot contains a commemorative stamps cover for the 1999 Phoenix Open PGA Golf Tournament. The cancel is dated January 31 1999, the day of the final round. This tournament was won by Rocco Mediate but is more famous for the tournament where Tiger Woods got the fans to move a boulder that was in the way of his shot.I am a member of the Canadian Stamp Dealers Association, American Philatelic Society and the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada.
