Grade: VF (Very Fine)1996 First Day Ceremony Program for the 20-cent Blue Jay stamp (booklet and coil) Sc# 3048 and 3053, respectively. Cancelled Aug 2, 1996 in St. Louis, MO on the first day of issue. This is the official USPS program. No faults. This program has extra frankings of the Blue Jay stamps canceled on Aug 2nd at the St. Louis Lambert Field Airport station and the AFDCS Convention Station. This program has also been autographed by several of the dignitaries present for the First Day Ceremony. Domestic Shipping: Flat rate $4.00 shipping on First Day Ceremony programs and no additional fee for multiple items.
