The horses are OFF and RUNNING on this combo FDC from 1993 for the SPORTS HORSES issue.This particular cover has two of the four stamps in that issue - the Harness Racing and Polo designs - in combo with two earlier 'sporting horses' issues - one for the Centennial of the Kentucky Derby, and the other for the Steeplecahse event in the 1980 Olympics.
All four stamps are tied by the official First Day of Issue cancel of May 1, 1993.
