Full mint sheet of 20 - 29 cent stamps issued in 1993 to celebrate American Sign Language. The pair of stamps show a a mother signing to her baby and the ASL sign for "I Love You". The picture below shows a pair of stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 20+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
