Complete 1992 US Postal Service yearbook. The stamps have been neatly mounted using the black mounts that came with the book. In total there are 58 mint, never hinged stamps with a face value of $16.82. I'll even start the bidding below face value. Original price at the post office in 1992 was $22.95.Includes original dust cover as shown in the first picture.
