Item Description

The stamp in the scan is the stamp you will receive. It was scanned prior to being carefully removed from the balance of the sheet so that you can see that the perforations do not meet perfectly at the corners of each stamp and are, therefore, the perf 10.5 x 11.25 variety. Note that the dull, dry gum on the State Birds and Flowers issue is essentially invisible making the stamps appear to have no gum. This is normal for the issue
