Full mint sheet of 12 - 25 cent self-adhesive stamps issued in 1990. This was an experimental format that was available in the ATM machines of 22 First National Bank branches in Seattle for a 6-month trial period. The stamp shows a stylized American Flag. The picture below shows the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased from the post office 30+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
