The postal cards are in excellent condition. They are from the sheet of 4 cards for the 20th UPU Congress and World Stamp Expo '89. They show the rouletted sides.Note: for multiple purchases, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.20 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $2.50.
