Regarding scans: to save time i only scan the top value or the key value of the set. If it is a set it will state that in the description as a complete set ( ) .some scans are representative, especially for more modern stamps, and may not be the exact stamp you receive. On sets and singles retailing for more than $20.00 you can send an email request to have a scan made of the full set and/or back of stamp to help determine condition.
Regarding condition: we try to put good quality material on the site or mention it in the description if it has faults or problems but every once in a while, we miss something. Please let us know and we will try to resolve the problem. From time to time, typographical errors are made on our price lists. I reserve the right to reject a sale in that event.
