1986 joint issue between the US and France celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Statue of Liberty. Small folder prepared by the USPS and PTT. Contains a MNH block of four of each of the stamps in the joint issue: US Sc# 2224 and France Sc# 2014. This is brand new and still sealed. The pictures are from the one in my collection.Winning bidder pays actual postage costs.
