Grade: VF (Very Fine)1983 First Day Ceremony Program for the 20-cent Science and Industry stamp (Scott # 2031). Cancelled Jan 19, 1983 in Chicago, IL. on the first day of issue. This is the official USPS program. It also features an extra stamp and cancellation (albeit smudged) on the front cover and 3 autographs from dignitaries present at the First Day Ceremony. No faults.
