Item Description

Full mint sheet of 50 - 15 cent stamps issued in 1980 to honor Frances Perkins (1882-1965), Secretary of Labor 1933-1945, the first woman cabinet member. The stamp shows a portrait of Frances Perkins. Except for any imperfections described below, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 30+ years ago and is suitable for framing. The picture shows a stamp from the sheet. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1821. And if you collect mint sheets or plateblocks by position, I have the following in stock:

* Plate # 39270 UR (section of vertical perf separation about 1/3 stamp high), LL

* Plate # 39272 LR

* Plate # 39273 LL (missing tiny corner of narrow selvedge)
