This auction is for a 1975 Wilkinsburg stamp club Souvenir sheet. The sheet is in excellent condition with full, never hinged original gum. These satirical sheets poke fun at the previous years stamp subjects with no regard for political correctness. These souvenir sheet were, and STILL are issued every year by the club in conjunction with their show in April.

A description from the Wilkinsburg Stamp Club about this year's sheet;

"The "Zip Code" stamp pictures the speed with which the postal rate zipped from 8c to 10c. The "Expo "74" stamp shows the runner converted to a nude figure in that "Year of the Streaker"."
