TIMING: As we are posting from far away expect a 20 day trip after items are posted. This usually occurs within 3 first days after payment is received. Stamp collecting is both for pleasure and investment, we try to serve you as best as we can, that, not only means fast shipping, but quality and condition of material offered. Additionally we post them at very convenient prices and securely packaged in appropiate franked philatelic covers.

But some times things does not go as expected, a letter might be lost, or delayed by snow time, or missent by post office (Austrian and Australian people knows what I mean ) sometimes an address is spotted and illegible, sometimes nobody is at home, I have a vast 11-years-posting-letters experience to more than 120 countries and this may happens. The best is to email me, that I will solve this.

If a letter is lost I will refund, but if after that it arrives please pay again, if you do not pay again I will report the case to Hip.
