Description

A fine unmounted mint horizontal pair with very visual SHIFT OF GOLD TO LEFT (Queen's head, value inscription). There is also a SHIFT OF PHOSPHOR. This results in BROAD BAND AT RIGHT with just a hint of phosphor touching perf tips at left. Illustrated with normal pair below.
