In 1966, Peñarol was an unbeatable club, they won everything... first, the Copa Libertadores de America, after obtaining the maximum continental trophy, disputed with REal Madrid in 1966, the intercontinental trophy. On May 29, 1968, the national post office issued a stamp. Here we see a card with the first day postmark and the handwriting signature of 14 soccer players, of whom I have recognized the following.
alberto spencer
Ladislao Mazurkiewicz
Pedro Rocha
Juan Joya
Luis Varela
Julius Cesar Abadie
Tabare Gonzalez
Mario Mendez
Paul Forlan
Nilo Acuña
Cortez
Of these players many participated in soccer world cups for example Mario Mendez 1954 and 1962
Goncalvez 1966 1970
Rocha ..many
Alberto Spencer was probably one of the best Ecuadorian players
Juan Joya was a Peruvian crack
This object is priceless unusual and very desirable
