Approximately 5.5" x 8.5""Hand-drawn "Hazel" Cartoon by Ted Kelly for a friend. Key's Hazel cartoons were featured in the "Saturday Evening Post" beginning in 1943. Hazel was a "spunky" live-in maid/nanny for an upper-middle-class family. It inspired a TV show of the same name that aired in prime-time for five years beginning in 1961 that starred Shirley Booth who won two Emmies during its run.
