Item Description

This Lot is a 1963 Ascension Island Scott #75-88 Set of 14 colorful Birds in Mint Never Hinged condition. Stamps all have deep rich coloring, have four margins with slightly variable centering (all nice), and excellent perforations all around. Fronts of stamps are very clean as are reverse sides. Reverse sides of stamps have original gum and are Never Hinged. High value £1 stamp has small black paper occlusion on reverse side as well as strip of toning parallel to left edge. Priced accordingly. Please see pictures of front and reverse for condition and quality. Scott 2025 Catalogue values this Set at $69.90 U.S.
