Full mint sheet of 50 - 4 cent stamps issued in 1961 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1st successful Workmen's Compensation Law, enacted by the Wisconsin legislature. The stamp shows the scales of justice, factory, worker and family. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 60 years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1186.
