Full mint sheet of 70 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1958 in honor of James Monroe (1758-1831) 5th President of the United States. The stamp shows James Monroe. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for having been folded in half across the middle row of perforations, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 60+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1105.
