He Studied In Salamanca Then In Toulouse, He Was Ordained Priest In 1600. He Was Particularly Interested In Foundlings, He Established The Congregation Of The Mission, He Founded The Institution Of The Sisters Of Charity, He Created A Refuge For Girls Of Bad Life And He Worked Wonders For Alleviate The Ills Of The Civil War During The Fronde.
