Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1954 to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, Philadelphia. The stamp shows Charles Wilson Peale in his Museum, self-portrait. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 65+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1064.
