Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1953 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Louisiana Purchase. The stamp shows James Monroe, Robert R. Livingston and Marquis Francois de Barbe-Marbois. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for a tiny missing corner of narrow selvedge, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 65+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
