Very attractive First Day Cover from Viet Nam. This FDC is for the 1952 stamp that celebrated the 1-year anniversary of the admission of Viet Nam to the UPU (Scott # 18). Cancelled Sep 12, 1952 in Giadinh. Interestingly, this FDC was created in Maxi Card style using a post card matching the stamp design - created to generate funds for Viet Nam's participation in the 1st Pan-Asian Philatelic Exposition in Manila. The back of the postcard has additional markings which indicate that this was a limited edition of just 5,000 FDCs. Shipped with a cardboard stiffener and a tracking number.Seller Information
