Full mint sheet of 100 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1952 to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the signing of the North Atlantic treaty. The stamp shows the Torch of liberty and globe. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 65+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #1008. I may have a variety of plate numbers and positions available so ask if you are looking for something in particular.
