Item Description

This Lot is a 1949 Virgin islands Scott #90-91 Silver Wedding Anniversary commemorative on Cover. Stamps are tied to cover by Tortolawi circular date cancels. Stamps have nice coloring, four margins with centering slightly toward the top, and excellent perforations all around. Cover has no destination or return address. Surfaces of cover and stamp are clean, front and reverse. Please see pictures for condition and quality. Cover measures approximately 137 mm x 87 mm. Scott 2024 Catalogue values these two stamps at $22.25 US.
