Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1949 to honor the first gubenatorial election in the Territory of Puerto Rico. The stamp shows a Puerto Rican farmer holding a cogwheel and a ballot box. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 65+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #983.
