Full mint sheet of 70 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1948 to honor the writer and journalist, William Allen White. The stamp shows a portrait of White. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Sheets of this era may have minor perf faults but are otherwise as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 70+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
