1948 Czechoslovakia to Israel 5 Covers Postal History Karlovy Vary to Tell Aviv 5 Airmail Letters to Israel during the Pre- establishment of the Jewish State through the Arab Israeli War. Franked with many different Ceskoslovensko stamps from the period . Posted from March to November 1948 from the city of Karlovy Vary (one from Praha ) Mostly to Tell Aviv, Israel *** Sorry, NO CONTENTS Inside. The covers are in great shape but have some opening faults as usual. Mostly on the back. In some case I may use the e Bay Global Shipping Program . *** When the cost of a Item or multiple items together is $15.00 or less and it qualifies for First Class Letter Mail by size and weight I can use it so that it will save you money on postage costs. Sorry, but the only way to protect my more expensive shippments is this way.. This unfortunate action by the USPS has significantly increased the postage charges for foreign locations. I am sorry for this USPS decision that will now affect not only me but also so many of my foreign friends who have made purchases from me in the past by raising the cost of international business dealings. Conditions of Sale I am a longstanding member of the AMERICAN PHILATELIC SOCIETY. The lots you see on my Hip are genuine and described to the best of my ability. On rare occasions mistakes do happen. I will do my best to correct them and make things right in any way I can. There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots. There is no refund of the postage costs unless I made a mistake. Large and Mixed Lots, that due to their nature are impractical or outright impossible to describe in full are offered as NO RETURNS. They are NOT returnable.
