Full mint sheet of 100 - 5 cent airmail stamps issued in 1948 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the consolidation of the five boroughs of New York City. The stamp shows a map of the five buroughs surrounded by a circular band and some planes. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for some perf separation in the narrow selvedge (including a tiny missing corner), this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 65+ years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #C38. Plate# 23846 LR.For First Class, flat shipping with a stiff cardboard backing for mint sheets I charge a flat rate of $2.50 for US addresses.
