Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1947 to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the launching of the U.S. frigate Constitution "_Old Ironsides_". The stamp shows a Naval Architect's drawing of the ship. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. This sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 70 years ago and is suitable for framing. If you're a stamp collector, it is Scott #951.
