Full mint sheet of 100 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1946 to honor the veterans of WWII. The stamp shows the Honorable Discharge Emblem (aka The Ruptured Duck). The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for some minor perf separation in the narrow selvedge, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 75 years ago and is suitable for framing.
