Canceled ACCO Allied Censor Control Officer. In 1945-47 in Trieste he was the officer who "supervised the initiation of correspondence" at the allied censorship offices of Udine and Venice, since no censorship could be carried out locally due to agreements made with the Yugoslavs; the mail thus started was distinguished by the triangular ROUTED VIA ACCO stamp.
