Full mint sheet of 50 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1945 to celebrate the U.S. Coast Guard's achievements in WWII. The stamp shows a Coast Guard landing craft and supply ship. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Except for a tiny missing corner of narrow selvedge, this sheet is as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 70+ years ago and is suitable for framing.
