Full mint sheet of 100 - 3 cent stamps issued in 1945 to Honor Alfred E. Smith, the Governor of New York. The stamp shows a portrait of Smith. The picture below shows one of the stamps from the sheet. Stamps of this age may have minor perf faults in the narrow selvedge, but will otherwise be as fresh as the day it was purchased at the post office 75+ years ago and suitable for framing.
