Item Description

This Lot is an 8 Stamp Set from 1944 Falkland Island Dependencies, South Georgia, Scott #3L1-3L8, in Mint Very Lightly Hinged condition. Stamps each have deep rich coloring, four margins with variable centering, and nice perforations all around. Front and reverse sides of each stamp are clean. Reverse side of each stamp has original gum and is very lightly hinged. Please see pictures of front and reverse for centering and condition. Scott 2024 Catalogue values this 8 stamp set at $25.20 US. (Please note - pictures were mounted on plastic stock sheet for scanned pictures - horizontal line across each stamp is the plastic strip on the stock sheet and does not appear on actual stamps. Stamps will be shipped in glassine envelope.)
