 Up for auction is a beautiful illustrated airmail cover from the naval base detachment on Midway Island to San Francisco, USA sent via airmail.  Postmarked March 16, 1941. Very Fine condition, missing back flap. Very scarce pre ww2 cover. Gooney bird cachet. Honolulu cancel.
