This Lot consists of the 1940 United States Famous American series - 35 stamp set - in Mint Never Hinged condition. Single stamp is mounted on each "First Stampvestors, INC." Album Page with illustrations and informational text - 18 separate Album pages - front and back mounted and printed. All stamps are mounted in plastic protector mounts. All stamps have deep rich coloring, four margins with slightly varied centering but all nice, and excellent perforations all around. All Mint Never Hinged. All Album pages are three hole punched and are clean front and reverse. Includes Author, Poet, Educator, Scientist, Composers, Artists, and Inventor sub-Sets. Scott 2024 Catalogue values the Set of 35 stamps, exclusive of album pages, at $34.00 US. A very nice collection!
