Complete 1938 Presidential Issue primary Scott Numbers 803-834. This set includes mint-hinged (MNH x 2, MH x 12, and Used x18 examples. A nice mixed set. It reminds me of how I started. The page has notations that this particular set was purchased in 1980 for $87.00, but before the decade was out the market fell out for most issues.2018 Scott CV $37.30 for the issues on this page.
