Grade: UngradedThe envelope is in fair condition. The flap is sealed. It is watermark 35, UPSS #2728. It has a corner crease in the lower left corner and a crimped edge on the tope edge to the left of the stamp; the crimped edge has a very small tear in it as well (less than 1/8th of an inch).NOTE: For multiple purchases, I will use the shipping costs for the item with the highest shipping fee and then charge $.15 per additional item.
