South Africa 1930 TB Tuberculosis Cinderella Xmas seal Bilingual PAIR (bilingual legends with alternating predominance) F/VF-NH, rouletted. Same design than 1929 but dated. Crudely printed on a poor-quality, brittle gummed paper. Small faults. Scarce. Semi-officials labels printed by the Government printer and sold to the public for 1d each through Post Offices across the country.Pursuant to the guidelines for all sales of tangible goods, taxes will be collected and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities.
