Item Description

This Lot is a 1930 Cuba Set of 5 Hurdles (Sports) stamps, Scott #299-303, in Mint Hinged condition. Stamps have deep rich coloring, four margins with slightly varied centering (but all nice), and nice perforations all around. Front and reverse sides of stamps are clean. Reverse side of each stamp has original gum and hinge marking (moderate, not heavy). Please see pictures of front and reverse sides for condition and quality. Scott 2025 Catalogue values this Set at $35.50 US.

Scans are made using a black plastic stock sheet which causes darkening of lower half of stamp. Please be assured there is no such marking on the actual stamp. Stamps will be removed from stock sheet and placed in glassine for mailing.
