South Africa 1929 TB Tuberculosis Cinderella Xmas seal Bilingual PAIR (bilingual legends with alternating predominance) F/VF-NH, rouletted. First stamps issued in 1929 without year date (same design in 1930 was dated). Crudely printed on a poor-quality gummed paper which was brittle and, often tropicalized. Small faults. Very Scarce. Semi-officials labels printed by the Government printer and sold to the public for 1d each through Post Offices across the country. Shipping cost: NO SHIPPING FEES. Canadian residents: 5% GST will be charged. Quebec residents: 5% GST will be charged (The PST is included in price). A tax invoice will be supplied. All lots are guaranteed.
