A 1923 2c carmine Washington SC595, P11, on a very clean cover. Cover has a sharp clear cancelation date of Nov 7, 1925. The design measures 19 1/2 x 22 1/8 mm. The 2021 Scott Catalogue notes the following: "Nos. 594-595 were made from coil waste of Nos. 597 and 599, and measure approximately 19 1/2 x 22 1/4 mm.".The back of the cover has the address of the sender. This is a VF example of the rare SC595.
