Item Description
Up for auction is a beautiful zeppelin first flight Airmail cover flown on the ZR 3, ZR III LZ 126 zeppelin. In Good condition. Priced to sell. The ZR 3 was built by the German government and delivered to the US government as war reparations and rechristened the USS Los Angeles. This cover was prepared for mailing on the first flight to the USA. Postmarked September 15, 1924 in Friedrichschafen. Ship Commanded by Dr Hugo EcknerSeller Information
