The envelope is in fair to good condition. The flap is not sealed. The envelope has some mild creases and what looks like erasures of pencil notations on the lower left and lower right sides. Note that the dark vertical shading on the left side of the envelope is not on the envelope itself but is the result of the photographic process.Note: On multiple purchases with shipping costs, I will use the item with the highest shipping cost and then charge $.20 for each additional item, up to a maximum of $3.50.
