Interesting special delivery cover from 1910. suffolk VA flag cancel, 2 cent WF, with "merry widow" E7 special delivery stamp with mansucrpt cancel. Accorded special delivery treatment given the "fee claimed by office of first address," with Raleigh American dial-only backstamp receiver. Scott $400 on cover, though that's too high.
