Neat color ad cover from the United States Printing Company of Chicago. Red, Blue and Yellow corner card; 2 cent 1st bureau issue with flag cancel; typed address to Sauk City WI. Slight reduction at right; neat 3 color corner card even if it's just text in boxes.Your satisfaction is guaranteed. APS member since 1992 and Hip seller since 1996.
