Item Description

Neat legal size stamp collar advertising cover of The International Patent and Technical Bureau, of South Bend, IN. 1896 special delivery use with 3 2 cent 1st bureaus (triple rate) and E5 special delivery stamp; duplex handstamps, sent to Seward IL. The multiple rate leaves the collar unfilled. Vertical crease at left; corner damage at right but an unusual cover.
